九、协议的终止
协议的持续时间为一年，时间从 年 月 日至 年 月 日，协议期满前，甲方与乙方另行协商续约事宜，任何一方如不续约，须于本协议终止前至少30天，以书面形式通知另一方欲终止本协议。乙方享有同甲方签署下一年度代理合同的优先权。
协议到期日前终止协议的原因
1、如果代理商违背协议销售同样竞争性产品。负责人可以要求终止合同.2、如果甲方受到代理区域内的客户的直接定单而没有通知乙方，则合同终止.3、无故拖延或推迟交货期
4、乙方没有按甲方的要求完成销售任务，则合同终止
5、乙方在协议期内不能按本协议条款执行时
本协议一式两份，双方各持一份，经双方机构主要负责人需签字盖章后生效，本协议传真件具有同等效力

IX. Contract termination
The duration of this contract is one year, from _ _, 20xx to _ _, 20xx. Consultation is needed

for extending the contract. The party which is disinclined to extend the contact must send a

written apprisement of contract termination to the other party thirty days before the contact

expires. Party B has the priority of subscribe the contract of the sole agency with Party A for

next year.
The contract will be terminated under the condition as follows:
1. If Party B sales any products rivalrous to Party A, Party A can terminate the contact.
2. Party A do not notifies Party B when receiving order form from clients in the surrogate zone

of Party B.
3. Party A can not prolong or postpone the delivery date without reason.
4. Party B can not accomplish the saleroom stipulated by Party A.
5. The surrogate activities of Party B do not accords with terms of this contact during the

duration of this contract.

This contact is in duplicate, each of the two parties hold one copy apiece. This contact goes

into effect after endorsed by the leading principals of corporation in each party. Copies of

contact reproduced in facsimile has the same legal effect.
