Work and Leisure
工作和休闲是我们日常生活的两个部分，二者紧密相连，缺一不可。
首先，工作是我们谋生的手段，虽然许多人对待工作就像要完成一件伟大的作品一样认真。但是，如果只有工作，没有休闲，我们就会逐渐对工作失去兴趣，造成工作效率低下，缺乏创造力；这样，很快就会在工作职位的竞争中失败，被更会安排休闲时间的竞争者击败。
其次，只有工作而没有休闲，长期的工作压力会带来很多职业病，影响到我们的身体健康。没有一个好的身体，生存质量就会受到很大影响，更不要说无法保证工作了。
另一方面，休闲的目的也是为了更好地工作。我们大多数人还难以做到完全不为生存考虑而休闲。因此，在缓解工作压力后，以一个放松的心情继续投入工作，是我们大多数人休闲的目的。况且，休闲时的经济来源也主要依靠工作的积蓄。
因此，工作和休闲是我们每个人都要面对的事情，处理好二者的关系对我们生活水平的提高有很重要的意义。

Work and Leisure

Work and leisure are two interrelated parts of our daily life,In the other word,to ignore either is to lose.

Firstly,we earn a living by working.However,all work and no leisure will gradually cost our interest in our work as well as our efficency and creativity,even though we may take the job seriously as if we were to complete a masterpiece!We will soon lose to our opponents who are more good at arranging their leisure time,in the job competition.

Secondly,all work and no leisure may generate long-term pressure that leads to numerous occupational diseases.Poor health will have an negative effect on our quality of life,making it impossible for us to work properly.

On the other side,leisure means better working.Since most of us can not afford to seek for leisure without economic concerns,the primary purpose of leisure for most of us lies in the relief from pressure so that we can continue with our work with a soft,relaxed feeling.What's more,the expense for leisure mainly lies in what we have saved from our salaries.
Therefore,work and leisure are what everyone will encounter with in our daily life.Arranging them wisely may have great significance on the improving of our living standard.
