因在国外语言不通,最近做了一乳腺活检检查，但是报告上并没有写明是良性还是恶性．不知道哪为朋友可以帮我把这份报告翻译以下，也可以让我清楚以下自己的病情后，看是否要回国医治．在此感谢！

PATHOLOGIC DIAGNOSIS
A:Breast,ultrasonund guided fine needle aspiration .left,2 o'clock lesion
atypical cytologic findings on a background of a fibroepithelial neoplasm. malignancy cannot be cxcluded.tissue biopsy recommended.
B:Breast,ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration ,left 10,o'clock lesion
limited celllarity for complete cytologic evaluation.

MICROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION
A:Celluar smear whih large cohesive groups of ductal cells admixed with few fragments of loose stroma with increased cellularity.loose cell witj nucleomegaly,ocasional nucleoli and slightly irregular nuclear outned are present
B:Few groups of unremarkble.cohesive ductal cell.

GROSS DESCRIPTION
FINE NEEDLE ASPIRATION BIOPSY PERFORMED BY THE PATHOLOGIST.
Four(2)punctures .scant bloody .yellow,thick marerial obtained by aspiration.prepared slides :four(4)unfixed ,four(4)fixed.Cell block prepared .on site evaluation for adequacy with Diff Quick stain was performed .

那些医学术语我也说不太清楚，不过有一句话malignancy cannot be cxcluded，tissue biopsy recommended.
就是说“不排除是恶性的可能”，要求你再做个切片检查。不要太紧张哦，一切都会好起来的。
