This article builds a background for many teenages who love taekwondo and would like to learn about the benefits of the sport and its essence. This article concentrates on many aspects, from what is taekwondo to the spirit of taekwondo, manners, it's value etc. This enables everybody to take part in the learning and practice and benefit from that.
