摘要 教育技术学（Instructional Technology）将其特有的教育技术如视听技术、媒体电脑等带入教育课堂，并从系统设计、实施和评价学与教的全部过程着手，创立了全方位的系统方法程序（system approach pro-cess），简称SAP。
技术设计一旦引入JEFC、SEFC系统学习方法程序，那么大容量、多媒体、超文本、交互式操作学习方式为我们提供了全新的课堂训练模式及独特的个体“习”、“学”模式。于是，主体展开式学习、学习进程结构区域及技术组合调控技术呼唤学案导学制下的学法指导、评估指导。
JEFC、SEFC英语学科教育学的技术渗透由此进入一个崭新的实验课程教育阶段。

Brief
The Instructional Technology brings its technologies, such as audiovisual technology and media-computer, into the instructional classroom. Commencing the design of system, practicing and evaluating to whole progress of learning and teaching, Instructional Technology creates a multi-functional (or comprehensive) system approach pro-cess (short for SAP).

As long as the program of systematic learning methods, such as JEFC and SEFC, is put in the technology design, the learning approach included multimedia and hyper text, which is not only huge in the volume but also interactive, will provide us a brand new model of classroom practicing and a unique model for self practicing and teaching. Therefore, the learning of subject opening up, the structure area of learning process and the control technology of technologies combination need the instruction of learning approach and evaluation, which is based on the system of instruction guidance.
