我认为应该是 refer to (“参考”的意思，动词词组）。原因是：

stick to 的意思是“坚持”“恪守”等意（和原句意义不和）

keep to 除了意义不和，词组也很怪，常见的是 keep up to, keep sth(sb) to....等等

point to 是常用以指指出某个方向的某物的，和 point at 不同。我认为用在原题里不对。而且，就算这里列出供选的point at，我觉得意义上还是 refer to 较合贴题意，“参照（偷看）他的小字条”。 point to 例句：He pointed to the house across the road. 可看出和point at的不同。point at + sth(sb）
