【摘要】 目的 探讨健康教育对消化性溃疡( PU)患者治疗依从性的影响。方法 对我科经胃镜检查确诊的126例消化性溃疡住院患者，进行随机分组，单日为对照组，双日为实验组，每组63人。对照组给予一般溃疡病知识健康教育。实验组在对照组基础上给予全程的健康教育。结果 经统计实验组治疗依从性良好58人，对照组治疗依从性良好18人，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 实施全程健康教育可以使患者了解更多医学知识，使患者和家属充分认识了疾病，缩短了住院时间，减少了并发症和复发率，提高了患者的治疗依从性，提高了生活质量。

【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the health education of peptic ulcer (PU) in patients with the effects of treatment compliance.
Methods Section gastroscopy confirmed by the 126 cases of peptic ulcer patients, randomized to a single day, for the control group, two-day experimental group, 63 in each group.
Control group, the general knowledge of health education canker.
Experimental group in the control group given the whole basis of health education. The results of the experimental group by the statistics of good treatment compliance, 58 in the control group of 18 good treatment compliance, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions health education to implement the entire process so that patients can learn more medical knowledge, so that patients and their families fully understand the disease, shorter hospital stay, reduced complications and recurrence rate and improve patient treatment compliance, improved quality of life.
