一、环氧地坪漆说明书

以优质环氧树脂和颜料、耐磨填料及活性稀释剂等多种助剂，经先进工艺制备的双组分地坪
装饰保护漆。
1、产品特点：
. 漆膜坚韧丰满，耐磨，色彩柔和；
. 优异的防尘性，易清洁，防霉；
. 优异的粘结力，附着力强；
. 很好的耐水，耐油，耐酸碱，耐有机溶剂等化学品腐蚀性；
. 无溶剂污染，安全无毒；
. 施工快捷，省时省工。
2、适用范围：
木材、水泥、水磨石和钢铁等结构表面。
3、使用范围：
．要求清洁、无尘、无菌、美观的电子、微电子行业地面涂装；
．实行GMP标准的制药行业、医院、生物工程车间、无尘净化室地面涂装；
．精密机械、食品厂等地面涂装；
．也可用于学校、办公室、家庭等地坪装饰。
施工方法：
．基层处理：地面已经过养护期，表面干燥，无泥，无尘，无油污等，混凝土的含水率小于
9%；
．在确认干基层处理后，涂刷1~2遍封固底漆，干燥20小时后进行下一道工序；
．如作环氧自流平地坪，在调配好的面漆中加入1~2倍石英粉（砂），搅拌均匀，用镘刀抹
刮，24小时后打磨清洁；普通环氧地坪可不作砂浆层；
．面漆用滚筒或镘刀施工1~2遍，要求平整，光洁，颜色均匀一致；
. 详细施工工艺可参照公司环氧地坪漆系列施工指南。
4、注意事项：
（1）请勿与水、醇类溶剂和胺类物质混合；
（2）施工时，保持现场清洁，免受污染；
（3）施工时，环境温度5℃以上，最佳温度为10~25℃；
（4）配制好的漆最好在30分钟内用完，一次调配不宜过多，防止浪费；
（5）注意防火，应遵守安全作业规程；
（6）施工结束后，地坪应养护15天以上。
（7）施工配比参阅合格证标签。
5、储存：产品需在5~40℃阴凉干燥处存放。
6、产品标准：产品有效期二年，执行标准及生产日期参阅合格证标签。

4.how to use it
．subseal: make sure that:
the floor has passed the curing time
the surface of the floor is dry and clean(no dust,mud,oil
and etc.)
the water content of the concrete is under 9%
after the examine,paint the floor one or two times with the priming; then after 20 hours' drying you can go on with the next step
if you want to use it as the epoxy self-levelling flooring, first get the surface painting prepared,add one or two times as much quartz powder(sand),and mix them up.Then paint the floor with a trowel; burnish the floor clean after 24 hours; if you just want it to be the general epoxy flooring,it's not neccessary to make a bedding mortar
．paint one or two times with a roller or trowel to make the surface paint adhere to the floor and look level,glabrous,and concolorous

4、matters needing attention
（1）Do not mix the paint with water,alcohols or amines
（2）when using it,please keep the locale clean so that it won't be adulterated
