不用。
“the hell" "the heck" " the ...." 等是作状语成分的，意思相当于“到底。。”“究竟。。。”。。。。的意思。
如：what the hell are you talking about?！ 你到底在说些什么？！
用以加重语气。
还可以这样说：
what the world are you talking about?！
what the earth are you talking about?！
the world, the earth 都是同样用法。
