摘　 要
近几年,中国大地出现了一种独特的社会经济现象:每到春节过后和农闲季节,都有大批来自内陆省份的"农民大军"外出务工经商,形成了一股声势浩大的"民工潮".民工潮是增强我国农村和城市社会经济发展活力的重要因素，对我国城乡的稳定发展也有特殊的积极意义。对民工潮的疏导是长期性工作，除了要促进区域经济的平衡发展和乡镇经济发展，让农业剩余劳动力尽量就近转移外，政府的服务工作和农村教育事业的发展也意义重大。
本文首先结合中国“民工潮”的实际情况，结合我国现阶段的发展趋势，对我国经济发展的影响，特别针对“民工潮”进行分析，文章重点是分析农村劳动力就业问题的现状及所面临的问题，并提出相应的解决对策。

本文有几大亮点，有中国农村劳动力就业发展状况，“民工潮”现象存在的
问题，针对“民工潮”的政策与措施，一些对“民工潮”的浅谈理性分析。

In recent years, there has appeared a unique socio-economic phenomenon in China : after the Chinese New Year and every slack season, a large number of peasants which come from inland provinces go out to do business or find job,forming a massive tide of migrational rural labor.the rural labor is a very important factor to enstrength the stable development ,and also have a positive meaning of promoting the balanced dvelopment of both the rural and erban area. It is a long-term work to devert the migration of rural labor, in addition to promoting the balanced development of regional economy and rural economic ,so that the rural labor can get work as close as possible,the wrok of services and the development of rural education for the Government is also of great meaning .
In this paper, we first combined the the actual situation of Chinese "the rural labor tide" with the trend of China's current development, analysis the impact of China's economic development,espacially for the "the rural labor tide".the article focused on the employment problem of rural labor and issues faced by them right now , and gave some corresponding propose solutions.
There are some highlights in this artical , they are the employment and development statues of Chinese rural labor force,;the problem of the existing of "the rural labor tide" phenomenon,; the policies and measures, for "the tide",and the rational analysis about it.
