B.早上加班:自2008年6月9日至今被公司主管要求每天早上6:30分进厂加班1H,开会检讨生产进度与质量问题,而其中越南干部有补30万---50万越南币,以补钱不打卡的方式逃避CCC查核加班工时的稽核,而中国籍干部却未付任何的加班费,偶尔有个别人员迟到或因故缺席的话,就会被公司主管责骂(严重的欺骗与种族歧视行为)

1. Unpaid Overtime
All the laborers from China ’s mainland have worked around 3 hours overtime almost every day since I was employed by AAA, but the company has paid nothing for that. The company’s overtime falls into two classes:
A. Evening overtime: We have been forced to work overtime every evening to deal with worksite technical and quality problems. From February 20, 2006 to April 30, 2009, I was required by the chief manager to work overtime every evening from 18∶30—21∶30. Since May, 2009, I have worked overtime every evening from18∶30—20∶30 to handle workflow and quality problems in the chemical plant. Often I had to be working over 5 hours overtime until 24∶00 because of the problematic production. Some Vietnamese cadres were required to return to the workshops to help deal with worksite problems after swiping their timecards at the normal quitting time of 16∶30. When they left, they were not allowed to swipe their timecard again. If we were not there to deal with production problems, or failed to solve them, we would get scolded by the Taiwanese cadres, or, as a punishment, we would be denied promotion and pay increase, get a fine, or even get sacked. Helplessly, some laborers chose to resign. Others, for various reasons, have swallowed their anger and chosen to stay to be exploited by the company.
B. Morning overtime: Since June 9, 2008, we have been required to enter the plant at 6∶30 a.m. every morning and work 1 hour overtime to hold meetings for examining production progress and quality problems. For this the Vietnamese cadres have been given an extra pay of D300,000 to D500,000. By paying an extra amount of money rather than recording overtime in the timecard system, the company has succeeded in circumventing CCC’s inspection on the payment of overtime wages. However, nothing has been paid to the cadres from China’s mainland for working overtime. Some of us have got scolded by the chief manager for occasionally being late or absent during overtime. (This is seriously deceitful and racist behavior.)
C. 8 hours overtime on Saturday since February, 2006.
