方法 对我科2005年12月—2008年12月经胃镜检查确诊的126例消化性溃疡住院患者，进行随机分组，单日为对照组，双日为实验组，每组63人。对照组给予药物治疗和一般溃疡病知识健康教育，实验组在对照组基础上给予全程的健康教育。两组患者分别在出院3个月后，由专人负责电话随访用药情况，饮食、休息情况，情绪控制情况和按时复查情况，并进行统计分析比较。
