大家都知道，前段时间嘉兴的电脑反应很慢，影响了大家的工作效率，再此我表示非常的抱歉．



　　经过检查终于发现问题的所在，具体有以下几点．我们也做出了相应的解决方案



1. 主要原因是出现在化验室的NIR这台电脑上面，经检查发现这台电脑的带宽使用量相当于30台电脑的使用量．



白天一直在进行数据备份和上传数据．这个问题不是只出现在我们公司，经检查中国区所有公司都有同样的问



题．



解决方案:已经跟NIR工程师取得联系，让他们修改相应的设置，更换为每天晚上做数据备份跟同步，这



样就不会对我们的网络造成影响了．



2. 交换机的问题．



解决方案:更换了交换机.



3. 带宽的问题．我们是老工厂，当时申请的带宽只有512K，现在大都数工厂都是1M的．



解决方案:已经向总部递交了申请，但是这个申请比较麻烦也需要很多时间，我们递交申请后，美国的IT会



通过相关工具来核实这件事．等他们有结果了．才会出相应的方案．我们需要时间等待．

As we konw, some time ago the computer speed of jiaxing was very slow and had influenced our labour efficiency, here i apologise to you all.

After check we found the main problem,please find the points below, we also got the solution.

1.Main problem is the on the computer of NIR. After check we found the band width usage is equally be of 30 computer's.

In the daytime it is doing bake up and uploading data. This is not only appeared in our company but also in all of the companies in china area.


Solution: we have already contacted with NIR engineer ,asked them to modify relative setting for data backup and update. So it will not affect our network anymore.

2. The problem of switching equipment.
Solution: we have changed the switching equipment.
