To rent room vs to buy room

Regarding with the issue of buying a house or renting a apartment, I prefer to possesses a property by buying it, especially for the commodities, like house, that not only have the function of using but also have the potential capacity to increase value later on to bring back you some profit from them.

For the products which value is decreasing along with the time past, I world rent them rather than to buy them if I have the choice, like the product of computers.

It’s obvious that people all have some place with shade to live, no matter by owning it or renting it. And for most of people whatever who lives in his own property or leasing apartment to tenants, they have to get loan from banks and pay back the interest to banks. So as room occupiers we either pay rent fee to the landlord who then pay the interest to banks from your payment or you directly pay the interest to banks if you bought the room. The landlord wouldn’t play a charity role in this business; they must have to take profit from it.

That’s why I would buy a house instead of renting a room from a landlord.
