一起不明原因食物中毒事件的分析探讨
摘要：目的 调查分析一起农村家宴食物中毒事件，探讨预防措施。方法 卫生学和流行病学调查分析。 结论 夏季农村要严防食物中毒。 建议 （1）加强卫生知识宣教；（2)有关部门要及时报告中毒事件；（3）及时采样送检以明确病因；（4）加强集市熟食品的卫生监督和监测频率；（5）进一步加强疾控部门卫生检验能力建设。

Analysis of unknown causes of a food poisoning case
Abstract: 【Objective】 through investigating a food poisoning incident from a rural family to dicuss preventive measures of this sort. 【Method】investigation and analysis on hygiene and epidemiology. 【Conclusion】 To prevent highly food poisoning in rural areas in summer. 【Suggestions】 (1) to raise a general aweness of health knowledge; (2) The relevant departments must report poisoning incidents in time; (3) timely sampling and submiting to find the cause; (4) to strengthen hygiene supervision and monitoring frequency of markets and cooked food; (5) to further enhence hygiene inspection capacity-building in Department of Disease Control.
