4.QUALITY OF GOODS
4.1 The Steel Melting Scrap shall conform to ISRI codes and Specifications in Appendix No.2 hereto.
4.2 The quality of the goods will be confirmed by a certificate issued by the independent intemational suivey company "SGS(Societe General de Surveillance)"which shall be binding on both parties in all respects,including but not limited to the replacement of faulty goods paid for by the seller.Other quality inspections at the port of unloading shall be at the buyers expense.

4。1该废钢需符合ISRI要求及附录2所述标准。
4。2货物标准将由独立验证公司SGS(社会通用监督)出示货物证明，且该证明对协议双方均有约束力，包括且不仅限于调换卖方已付款的有缺陷货物。在港口卸货时货物检验费用须由买方承担。
