In the present climate, youth unemployment becomes a thorny topic which has a strong impact on people’s daily life and society. People and government always leave no stone unturned to solve this problem. Let us get down to the nitty gritty in this vexed question.



Needless to say something that the reasons for this phenomenon are wheels with wheels. The first reason is that many students are in a lack of any working experience. Obviously, it will influence their work efficiency in the business. Thus, the business would not satisfy and accept those who only graduating form the school. Secondly, there is an extraordinary difference between the school’s teaching material and actual work. Indeed, the knowledge which are taught by teachers is not very related to the working requirements. For instance, a business student never work with other people, but they still have to learn some useless theories such as human resource management. Consequently, a vicious circle happens all the time.



To solve those problems presented above, people put forward various suggestions. For one thing, in order to let students can be adapted to the modern society as soon as possible; the school should add more practical lessons which will include the practical training. Also, students should visit some relative workplace and communicate with seniors for more valuable experience. Not only can it enhance their social awareness, but solo help them become more socially adaptable. For another, the government should encourage and to employ the gradating students, what is more, give the appropriate financial support.



In conclusion, the reasons of youth unemployment are multiple. Nevertheless, Rome was not build in one day, if more and more people concentrate on this issue, and in the meanwhile, the government makes the positive policy, the issue will be solved in the foreseeable future.
