1. 两个分句中间是逗号，则说明后面一个句子不是从句就是非谓语动词，add“补充”和前文“部长”是主动关系，所以用现在分词。
2.这里同上，应该是非谓语形式，BC带了动词be已经不是非谓语形式了，类似于从句，但是又缺少从句的引导词。A为现在分词刚好。
3. 第二空除了D几个答案都可以，都是有专心于…的意思，主要是第一空， sit要接介词on，注意这里的表达，我与坐是主动，用sit要用sitting on，但是如果用seat，也要用seated。而（be） buried in是沉溺于，与意思不合
