A large number of people believe that it is necessary to have a test of spoken english .For the following reasons:firstly,spoken english has got more and more important in our life.Long with the devolpment of mondern society,an increasing number of people come to China,learning spoken english will bring more chance to show the advance of China to foreigner.Secondly,when students learn english,they usually do not like use spoken english.Have a test of spoken english will change the situation.
Other people have a different opinion.They express it is no chance for use spoken english in them life.So learning spoken english is not necessary.
For my part, I agree with the first opinion.I will study spoken english each day.
