浅谈抗生素的不良反应及合理应用



【摘要】抗生素是指由细菌，霉菌或其它微生物在生活过程中所产生的具有抗病原体或其他活性的一类物质。自1940年青霉素应用于临床至今，抗生素品种有几百种。抗生素挽救了无数生命，但其在临床应用也引发了一些不良反应。有些抗生素药物不良应应的后果是严重的。常见的有过敏反应、毒性反应、特异性反应、二重感染、再生障碍性贫血等，严重的甚至会引起患者死亡。因此，掌握合理使用抗生素的原则对减少抗生素不良反应的发生具有特别重要的意义。

[ Abstract ] the antibiotic is refers by the bacterium, themold either other microorganisms has the anti- pathogen or otheractive kind of matter which produce in the life process. Thepenicillin applies clinically to from 1940 until now, the antibioticvariety had several hundred kinds. The antibiotic has saved theinnumerable lives, but it also initiated some in the clinical practicenot good to respond. Some antibiotics medicine is not good should theconsequence is serious. Common has allergic reaction, the toxicresponse, the specificity response, the double infection, theregeneration barrier anemia and so on, is serious even can cause thepatient to die. Therefore, grasps the reasonable use antibiotic theprinciple to reduce the occurrence which the antibiotic not goodresponded to have the specially vital significance.
