Throughout the course of 20 years of development in China’s Insurance Market, the business of Insurance Intermediaries indicates a superb tendency in its growth.
A number of insurance agents have made effective and apparent contribution towards the completeness of insurance system, the improvement of business revenue and the expansion of business capacity.
Due to the short developing time, immaturity of market environment, deficiency of system development, many problems are constantly arising from the China’s Insurance Market, especially the problem of moral risk.
Therefore, this paper intends to analyze the issue of moral risk existing in many insurance agents.
In addition, several points of view are made in hopes of protecting and well controlling the existent moral issues.
