Purchaser may recover the Liquidated Damages payable by the Supplier by making deductions from the bills of the supplier due to him or which may subsequently become due to him under this or any other contract by making deductions from the bills or by encashment of Bank Guarantees, up to maximum percentages as applicable, of the Contract Price.
