镜片配戴方法
清洁双手后，将镜片放在食指指尖上，注意正面朝上（参见右图）双眼注视前方,双手中指将上下眼睑拉开,然后将镜片附着于角膜中,然后移开食指再往下看以使镜片附着于眼睛上,双手中指徐徐放松眼皮。



镜片卸下方法
双手洗净后,眼睛看着镜子,以左手食指右手中指拉开上下眼皮右手拇指与食指轻轻按住镜片下缘两侧使镜片拱起后慢慢取出。



配戴隐形眼镜注意事项
1、若有刺激感请将镜片取下重新检查是否有灰尘或毛絮,用全功能保养液冲洗干净后再戴。
2、请不要同时打开两个盒盖,以免盒盖对调。
3、散光镜片配戴时,请将镜片上两端角度指标,以水平方向将镜片附着于角膜。
4、保持戴镜手指干燥,若戴镜手指的指端水分过多,则在戴镜时镜片容易与手指粘连,难以戴入眼内
5、充分扒开上下眼睑,使镜片有足够的空间入眼
6、若在戴镜过程中镜片未能入眼,不要急于再次配戴镜片,而应该将镜片充分冲洗后再戴

レンズ取除き方法
両手をきれいにして、鏡に眺め、左手の人差し指と右手の中指で上下の瞼を開き、右手の親指と人差し指でレンズの下縁の両側をやさしく押してたわませて、ゆっくり取り出します。



レンズ装着注意事項
1、刺激を感じたら、レンズを取除いて、塵や糸が付いているかどうかを検査して、マルチ保養液できれいにしてから、もう一度装着します。
2、まぐれを起こさないように、二つの蓋を同時に開かないでください。
3、乱視レンズを装着するとき、レンズの上の隅にある角度指示を水平にして、角膜につきます。
4、レンズを装着する指を乾燥にしてください。あまりの水分が付いていたら、レンズは指に付きやすくて、装着に障ることがあります。
5、レンズが目に入る十分な隙間を保つため、上下の瞼を十分に開いてください。
6、装着するときレンズは目に入る事ができなかったら、急いで再装着しなくて、レンズをきれいにしてから装着してください。



Method of wearing contact lens
After cleaning hands, place the lens on top of index finger with the front side facing upward (as shown in the right figure). Stare to the front, open the eyelids with middle fingers of both hands, and attach the lens to the cornea. Move the index finger away and stare below to attach the lens to the eyeball, then slowly release the eyelids from middle fingers.


Method of removing contact lens
After cleaning hands, stare to a mirror, open the eyelids with index finger of left hand and middle finger of right hand, then press the lower edge with thumb and index finger of right hand to bend it and remove it out slowly.


Cautions of wearing contact lens
1、If there is stimulus, remove the lens to check whether dust or fibre is attached on them, and clean them with full-function maintainer before wearing again.
2、Do not open the two caps at the same time, or they might be mixed.
3、When wearing astigmatism lens, attach them to cornea with the angle indicators on top corners of the lens kept horizontal.
4、Keep the finger that wear the lens dry. If there is too much water, the lens may be adhered to the finger and be difficult to wear.
5、Open the eyelids enough to make sure there is enough space to set the lens into eyes.
6、If failed to set lens into eyes, do not wear again immediately, but clean the lens completely first.
