目的:观察间歇性强迫体位并予三氯乙烯(Trichloroethylene,TCE)染毒对小鼠肝SOD和NOS的影响。方法:选用54只雄性小鼠,建立间歇性强迫体位并TCE染毒模型,观察间歇性强迫体位和TCE对小鼠肝超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)、一氧化氮合成酶(Nitric Oxide Synthase , NOS)活性的影响。结果:小鼠肝脏SOD活性、NOS活性与对照组相比未见明显差异;从整体上而言,染毒剂量、绑缚时间及姿势这三个因素综合对SOD活性、NOS活性的影响均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),但对于SOD活性只有染毒剂量的偏回归系数在0.05概率水平具有统计学意义,对于NOS活性则是绑缚时间的偏回归系数在0.05概率水平具有统计学意义。结论:TCE染毒剂量对肝SOD活性的影响比较大;而绑缚时间对肝NOS活性的影响较大。

Method: Pick 54 male mice and set up constrained body posture and TCE poisoning models, and then observe how the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) of the mice livers are affected.

Result: No conspicuous difference has been found between the modeled group and the control group. Generally speaking, the influence on SOD and NOS activities by the three factors, namely poisoning volume, constraining span and posture, has statistic meanings (P<0.05). However, only when the poisoning volume's Beta index locates at 0.05 probability level, does the influence on SOD activity have statistic meaning; only when the constraining span's Beta index locates at 0.05 probability level, does the influence on NOS activity have statistic meaning.

Conclusion: TCE poisoning volume has a higher influence on livers' SOD activity; constraining span has a higher influence on livers' NOS activity.
