内容摘要：在一个日益开放和全球化的时代，会计准则走向统一是历史的必然。中国会计准则最终必然要与国际会计准则趋同，虽然趋同的步伐和进程取决于中国市场经济发展的步伐和进程，但这一趋势是不会改变的。我国会计准则已经实现了较高水平的国际化，而我国会计实务的国际化水平却是相当低的。在加快我国会计准则国际化进程的同时，应大力加强会计准则、制度的落实工作，促进我国会计国际化，使会计准则国际化与会计实务国际化齐头并进。
