本文通过对企业社会责任以及其发展历程的分析，并针对我国房地产开发企业履行社会责任的现状与存在的主要问题，提出强化房地产企业社会责任的对策建议。包括大力提高企业家的社会责任意识,发挥政府在推进企业社会责任中的主导作用和发挥社会公众对企业社会责任的监督作用三个方面。

This article analyzes corporate social responsibility and its the development course, then it introduces the situation how the corporations fulfill the social responsibility and main questions. Finally, it raises suggestions to solve the questions from improving entrepreneur's social responsibility vigorously, letting governments lead role in advancing corporations social responsibility and public supervise them.
