国内市场盗版产品盛行.本人曾在广州某大型百货商场买到过完全是仿冒的珍珠粉,价格与原价要低,店方说是搞促销活动,诺大一个国营百货公司,你是信还是不信?更有甚者,上大学时,在某银行的ATM取款机上取钱交学费,居然取出假币,事后与银行理论,自然是自己输,谁叫咱太信任银行呢?诸如此类的盗版现象举不胜举.
为什么在中国社会,盗版产品能肆无忌惮的横行呢？首先，人们对市场上无所不有的盗版产品早已习以为常，作为消费者的人们大众也是防不胜防的。再者盗版问题是在现行的知识产权制度不合理、不完善、不公正的情况下必然会出现的、不可避免的现象。 而且这也是中国人的潜意识问题，他们一般都认为只要能用，侵犯版权又会怎样？太多原因使得盗版产品在中国还是有很大的市场的。政府想要真正取缔也是无能为力的。
我个人的观点是对于盗版产品，某些是可以接受的，某些是坚决否定的。比如碟类产品，因为正版碟的价格不菲而且要到正规音像店才能买到，盗版碟随处都能买到，在质量上的区别也不会很大，而且一般都只是一次性用品，为何要多花钱呢？除此之外，对于其它盗版产品我是一概谢绝的。比如书籍类，盗版的书太多错别字，还会出现一些错误的信息，常常会误导人们。

Counterfeits are everywhere on the market in China. It happened to me once when I bought some fake pearl power at a major department
store in Canton whose sale price was cheaper than the cost, which
the store said it was a promotional deal. As a result,it made me incredulous
as to whether shopping at big stores or not.

Not only this, while at college, when I went to withdraw some money
from the ATM machine of a bank to pay for my tuition, I got some
conterfeits. I told the bank about this afterwards and still ended up
being the loser. I guess it is my fault to trust the bank. Examples like this are numerous.

Why in the world are the counterfeits so rampant and prevalent in China? First,
people are used to the fakes that are everywhere. As consumers,
people are no match to the conterfeits. Second, the phenomenon of counterfeits are the natural and inevitable result of current
intellectual property system which is unfair, incomplete and injust.

Furthermore, it has something to do with the sub-consciouness of
the Chinese people who worry more about the utility of the product
than the infringement of the proprietary rights. All these factors
contribute to the widespread conterfeits on the market in China.
Even if the Chinese government wants to crack down the
counterfeits, it is beyond their ability.

My personal take on the counterfeits is, some of them are
acceptable, while others need to be rejected. In the case of
CDs and DVDs, becase the original copies are expensive and only
available at official audio & video stores while counterfeits are
easy to find. Since there is not a lot of difference when it comes to
the quality of the product and most will be listened to or watched just once, why bother to spent extra money? Other than this, I refuse to
patronize any other counterfeits. For example, books are different,
pirated versions contain too many misspellings and even some
false information that can mislead people.
