摘 要 信息时代的到来,工业总产值的迅速攀升,迫切要求企业加大存货的管理工作；提高存货管理准确度不但有利于企业管理层作出正确的投资决策，而且关系企业生存命脉。针对存货管理不准确的成因，笔者提出几点实用的建议，以优化企业管理层对存货决策。
