Client hereby grants *** power of attorney to act as the agent ad litem in the first instance trial, second instance trail and the application for execution with regard to the case on the disputes over fulfilling unjustified benefits obligations.

代理人 的代理权限为特别授权，即代为承认、变更、放弃诉讼请求，进行和解，提起上诉，申请执行等。
A special right is granted to Agent, i.e. the right to act on behalf of Client to acknowledge, change and waive claims, reach a settlement, appeal, apply for execution, etc.
