开头的S是什么意思我就不知道了，哈哈，请高手来赐教。我猜是small吧。因为很多时指白人大肥婆是用BWW，big white woman. 黑人大肥婆是用BBW，big black woman的。
lbs 是磅，外国人体重通常用英磅不用kg的。
另外你文中5'9''是5呎9吋高，同样，外国人身高通常用英呎而不用cm的。
