一、安装及操作
1、船厂根据甲板的实际情况决定回转底座的位置并对安装回转底座的甲板部分根据要求加强。
2、为了保证回转底座的正确安装，根据甲板的斜度割去连接底座的多余部分。
3、将电缆从甲板中伸出, 与底座上的接线盒连接好
4、安装完毕后，打开遥控按钮盒，取出遥控按钮。点动起升、下放按钮检查运转是否正常。
5、取下手摇柄后, 由于联锁开关的作用, 电动应不能工作。
6、负载吊起后, 取下回转手柄, 手摇回转。
7、 失电时,如需要将负载放下,先将电动机顶端的两只螺栓 (有厚垫圈)取出,取下垫圈，然后再将螺栓安装在原来的位置拧紧（打开制动器），取下手摇下放手柄,手摇下放负载。操作完后，须将垫圈重新装上（如不装上，下放负载时，有滑移的现象，但不影响使用）。
注: 为了保证人身安全，当手动操作时严禁起动机，最好在手动操作前切断控制箱中的电源。

二、维修
1、起升机构中的润滑油每年必须更换一次。
2、各滑轮处需经常加注润滑脂。
3、假如钢丝绳摩损10%以上（直径）或扭曲后起艇钢索必须更换。

A.installation and operation

1.Based on situations, shipyard determines the position of swinging base and reinforces the deck installed with swinging base answering to requests.

2.In order to make sure the swinging base being installed appropriately, the residual of the part of deck jointing to the swinging base will be removed acording to the slope of the deck.

3.The cable will be drawn out and connected well with the gewiss on the base.

4.After installation,open the remote button box and fetch the remote button to push the lift/drop button to check whether it is working normally.

5. After unloading the crank handle,the electromotion should not work because of the switch effect.

6. When the load is lifted,unload the gyration handle and turn it.

7.When power failure incurs, if the load will be unloaded, first fetch out the two bolts on the top of the motor(with thick gasket),get off the gasket，then reinstall the bolts to the former places(start the brake),unload the crank handle and the crank load.After such operations,the gasketmust be reloaded(if not,there will be a slip when releasing the load,this has no effects on the use.)

note:In order not to hurt yourself, you must not start the motor when operate manually, and you'd better to cut off the power of the control panel before you operate manually.

B. Maintainance
1. The lubricant in the lift must be replaced annually.
2、Each pulley should be infused with grease always
3.when there is 10%(calculated in diameter) impairment on the wire rope or the wire rope is twisted,the rope to the backup ship must be replaced.
