Grant
For consideration which I acknowledge, I consent to the photographing of my image and grant to ___ ____ ("Company") and Company's assigns, licensees and successors the right to copy, reproduce, and use all or a portion of the images (the "Image") for incorporation in the following works ___ ___ (the "Works").
I permit the use of all or a portion of the Image in the Works in all forms and media including advertising and related promotion throughout the world and in perpetuity. I grant the right to use my image and name in connection with all uses of the Interview and waive the right to inspect or approve use of my Interview as incorporated in the Works.
Release
I release Company and Company's assigns, licensees and successors from any claims that may arise regarding the use of the Image including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity or copyright. I acknowledge that I have no ownership rights in the Works.
Company is not obligated to utilize the rights granted in this Agreement.
I have read and understood this agreement. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties.

Grant授权
For consideration which I acknowledge, I irrevocably grant to _______________________ ("Company") and Company's assigns, licensees and successors the right to use my image and name in all forms and media
including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including advertising, trade or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. I waive the right to inspect or approve versions of my image used for publication or the written copy that may used in connection with the images.
本人兹同意，不可撤销的授权贵公司及贵公司的受让人、被授权人及继受人使用我的肖像及名字于所有形式的著作载体及媒体，保函卫任何目的二做的合成或修饰表达，包含全球性永久性广告、交易或者任何商业目的。我放弃审问或检查是哟你给我肖像的刊物或者平面刊物的权利
Release 弃权
I release Company and Company's assigns, licensees and successors from any claims that may arise regarding the use of my image including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity or copyright. Company is permitted, although not obligated, to include my name as a credit in connection with the image.
本人同意不对贵公司及贵公司的受让人、被授权人及继受人追诉任何因使用我的肖像而产生的请求或者诉讼诽谤、侵害隐私权、侵害人格权、侵害肖像或者侵害著作权。贵公司有权，但非有义务，在有益时，将我的名字加在我的肖像上。
Company is not obligated to utilize any of the rights granted in this Agreement.
贵公司并没有义务利用因本授权书所得到的权利。

I have read and understood this agreement. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties.
