[内容提要]：近年来，我国农村经济的飞速发展已是众所周知。但谁又知道农村的音乐教育如何呢？师资队伍短缺、教师素质低下、办学模式单一、政府重视不够等问题举不胜举。而音乐教育作为素质教育和美育的重要组成部分对综合素质的提高有着举足轻重的作用。为此，必须更新农村音乐教育观念，加大教育投入，强化师资队伍建设，以促进农村音乐教育的持续发展，为农村综合素质的提高创造更加完备条件。

[Synopsis]: In recent years, the development at full speed of the rural economy of our country has already been as everyone knows. But who knows again how the music education of the countryside is? The mode is single , the government pay attention to the question incompletely ,etc. too numerous to mentionly that the shortage , teacher of teachers' team have low quality , run a school. And music education has very important function to the improvement of overall qualities as quality-oriented education and important component of aesthetic education . For this reason , must upgrade the rural music education idea , strengthen the input in education, strengthen teachers' building of contingent, in order to promote the sustainable development of rural music education, create the condition for completeness for improvement of the overall qualities in the countryside.

[リ-ド]： 近年，我国の農村経済のは非常に速く発展はもうみんなが知っていました。 農村の音楽の教育をどのようなかしかし誰がまた知っていますか。 教師の資格を持っている人の隊列の不足、教師の素質は低かった，、学校運営の模式は単一だった，、政府は問題は枚拳に暇が無かったことを足りずに重視する。 音楽は教育して資質教育とびいくの重要なコンスティテュ-ションの綜合的資質に対してアップは重要な役割があるとしました。 このために農村の音楽の教育の思想を改らなければならない，教育投入を大くした 教師の資格を持っている人の隊列の建設を強化した，農村の音楽の教育の持続的な発展を促すために，農村の綜合的資質のアップのためにもっと完全な条件を創造します。
