Selling Water by the River

What astonish picture it is! Many pepole can't help think when facing this situation what should we do ? In this picture ,river is heavily polluted by chemical factor and papermaking factor in upper reaches. Many people have to fetch water far away from here and sell water near the polluted river. Obviously the purpose of this picture is try to told us that it is important to protect warer source.
River is main source of drinking water for our older.They existence sepend on river,but at present ,with intense of competition factor pursued huge benefit. They regardless of evironmental protectiob and human's health, and discharge much pollutions and rubbish into clean river,result in heavily pollute of rive.
This situation id very serious. We should immediately attach important to the important .To rectify this phenomenom , the following measure should be taken .Firstly,we should appeal to everyone protect environment action. Secondly ,governmnet should make strict laws to control factor discharge pollution. If we do above these points ,our envionment must be charged good.

Their existence depend largely on the river,but nowaday ,in pursuit of greatest profit, People are shortsighted of the importance of evironmental protection to human's health, and discharge much hazardous pollutant and waste without further purification into clean river,result in heavily pollution of rive.
This situation is very serious. We should immediately urge necessary actions to justify this situation, the following measures should be taken .Firstly,we should appeal the environmetal issues to the society and encourage the consciousness of public to protect our environment . Secondly ,governmnet should enact strict laws enforcement to industry pollution management and punishment for violation. If we do above these points ,our envionment must be charged good. Protection of the nature enviornment we living with is not a work could be done in one day or one night, it shall be a continuous process with everyone is responsible to take a part.
