随着国内信息化建设的日益发展及用户信息建设经验和要求的提升，如何更好的选择软件产品成为公司选型所面临的问题。本文主要针对国内两大软件厂商的产品——用友U8与金蝶K/3进行比较分析，介绍了软件背景、系统界面以及用户使用情况，从系统功能、制作系统的性能、技术支持等几
个方面阐述了两个软件的区别所在。通过软件的功能全面性、灵活应用性以及易用性的比较，说明软件存在的缺陷。

Along with the ongoing growth of Domestic Information Construction, and the upgrading experience and demand of Customer Information Construction,

How to better choose the software products was the emerging problem for company product selection.

This paper mainly contrasted and compared the products of two domestic software companies, YongYou U8 and Kingdee K/3, introducing the software background, system interface and the customer feedbacks, and taking a further demonstration on the differences between these two software from system function, performance of design system and technical support.

The contrast ranging from rich-in-function, flexible-in-application to usability, was utilized to show the drawbacks of the software.
