问题: 帮忙写封简短的英文回信（完整格式）
莫那什大学来了封电邮，要我提供联系电话和手机号，好久未写英文信了，不知从何下手，也不知如何称呼，哪位高手帮忙写封回信。1.简短但有格式2.信件有内容，不空洞3.称呼，客套话地道4.正文要有本人Name，Student ID，contact phone number and mobile number 用*代替。100分奉上！谢！！！
解答:
因为很多的邮箱会自动添加发送日期，所以不用特别写明日期。正文如下：
Dear Sir/Madame,
I'm pleased to receive your mail and glad to provide my information as below.
Name: ***
Student ID: ***
contact phone number: (86-10) ***
mobile number: (86) ***
Please feel free to contact me if you need some other detail information.
Best regards,
