众所周知,RNA在生命活动中具有重要的作用,它和蛋白共同负责基因的表达和表达过程的调控。近年来研究表明,一些小的双链RNA可以高效、特异的阻断体内基因表达,促进RNA降解,可在细胞内发挥基因敲除的作用,称为RNA干预(即RNAi)。它是体内抵御外在感染的一种重要保护机制。为此被Science评为2001年最重要的的成果之一。现将RNA和RNAi的近期报道和相关文献列举如下,以供参考:
