摘要
根据前期调研我发现，现在有很多军事爱好者和兵器爱好者，其中也有很多青少年。这些人了解军事知识和兵器知识的主要途径目前只是通过杂志，网络在这方面提供的信息目前还不完善，尤其是非政府组织的军事知识网站目前还是个空白，我选择用学过的网页制作软件制作这个《云天军事小站》的目的旨在向军事爱好者普及军事知识，开阔视野，节约学习成本。并为喜欢军事和兵器知识的朋友提供一个学习交流的动态平台。

Abstract :

It is noted from research in the recent past that there are in existence quite a big number of military enthusiasts and weaponry enthusiasts, many of them are from the younger age groups. For the time being, the main source of information on military and weaponry knowledge for these enthusiats is chiefly through magazines. The internet does not appear to provide comprehensive information in this field. In particular, there seems to be no military knowledge web site provided by non-governmental organisations. The purpose of my using web-page designing program I previously learnt to design this《Yun Tian Military Site》is to popularise military knowledge, broaden our vision, safe cost on learning and to provide a dynamic platform for learning and knowledge exchanges between enthusiasts in military and weaponry knowledge.
