学生户外拓展训练活动

4月15日，我院举行了学生户外拓展训练活动，学院党委欧阳可全副书记和相关负责老师、300余名同学参加拓展活动。

同学们分成18小组，并为各自取名，如“我们队”、“第五生产队”和“超人特工”等，生动而有趣。接着，各个小组分别经历了断桥、单杠、独木桥、天使之手、巨人梯和天梯等项目的活动，同学们团结一气，克服各种困难，增进了彼此的友谊，增强了学院凝聚力。
教练们综合每个团队的表现，公平评判，“超人特工”、“九九至尊”和“我们队”三小组分别夺得了冠、亚和季军。

拓展训练活动最初流行于外企、猎头公司中，企业期待员工具有团队精神、积极心态和创新思维等，而在学院开展此项训练有助学生锻炼体能和胆识，培养沟通与合作精神，提高学生综合素质。

Outside door expand training of students

On 15th Apirl, our college held the outside door expand training for students. The vice-head of the college----Ouyang Kequan, relative teachers who were in charge of this activity and over 300 students took part in this expand training.

The students were devided into 18 groups. And each of the group picked a name for themselves, such as "Our team", "The fifth productive team","Super secret agent" and so on. Each of them was vivid and interesting. And then, each team experienced the "broken bridge", "horizontal bar", "angel hand","giant ladder", "ladder to the heaven" and other projects respectively. All the students worked together to overcome all kinds of difficulties. The flowers of friendship blossomed among them and the cohesion of the college was improved greatly. According to the different performance of each team, the coaches made a fair judgement that "Super secret agent" won the first place, "Jiu Jiu best" got the second place and "our team" got the third place.

Expand training was popular in Foreign companies and Headhunting companies. The enterprises expect to equip their employees with the spirit of cooperation,active attitude and innovative mind and so on. And such activities being held in the college can help the students with their physical capacity, braveness, cultivate them of communication and cooperation, improve their comprehensive ability.
