我的英语基础很差，新概念1还差20大课没有读完，还是自学，我应该上什么补习班？大概需要用多长时间才能考上雅思？我想办技术移民澳大利亚？考上雅思可以过去吗？都需要什么手续啊？大家快一点告诉吧？拜托了！

1. 6 points in average for IELTS
2. You need to have an qualified Australian university degree at least. If you dont have, you have to go there to study first and meanwhile you need to put RMB300,000 (at least) at a bank in advance (for a half year).
3. or you put AUD100,000 in an Australian bank or China bank. this is for investment immigration.
4. this depends on your degree. if you have an university degree,you will need less money. otherwise you will need more.

I suggest you send an email to an university(which you wanna go to) and enquire there.
if you dont wanna go to university, then you need to find a job first in australia before you go there, so this would be very hard.
