However, the manager did offer to give us 10 days more of rent-free period for decoration purposes. I also asked the manager about the issue that you brought up this morning. I was told that they did provide carpet before during the 97-98 period for the reason that the market at the time was really gloomy. However, they never did it again after 1998. For this reason, carpet will not be provided. I was also advised that the building has never provided suspended ceilings to its tenants before. This has always been done by individual tenants depending of their requirements.
