Buyer is responsible and agrees to provide date code/serial number and faulty description for verification, and in return receive an RMA number for return from Seller. Seller may ask collected RMA back to factory, if seller agrees to pay Freight charge of RMA transport. The returned merchandise is requested in the condition of bare machine in bulk pack, without packing material & accessories.
The return destination for RMA service is SHENZEN.
