[摘要] 目的： 用HPLC法测定地克珠利预混剂的含量。方法： 采用Kromasil C18色谱柱（5u,150×4.6mm），乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液（57：43）PH:2.51为流动相，检测波长为280nm。结果：地克珠利在0.1～0.5mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好，回归方程：Y=154260X+27797 r=0.997(n=5)，平均回收率为：99.5% RSD:0.6%(n=5)。结论：HPLC法测定地克珠利预混剂的含量灵敏度高、方法简便、准确性好。

Determination of the content of diclazuril pre-coagulant by HPLC methodology

[ABSTRACT] Aim: determination the content of diclazuril pre-coagulant by HPLC methodology. Measurements: Application of Kromasil C18 chromatographic column (5u, 150×4.6mm) and acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (57:43) in pH=2.51 as mobile phase, and in measurements at 280nm as scanning wavelength. Result: diclazuril illustrates good linear correlation with the concentration in range of 0.1～0.5mg/mL, and the regression equation is Y=154260X+27797, r=0.997(n=5), with the average regression ratio of 99.5% under the RSD (Relative Standard Deviation) of 0.6% (n=5). Conclusion: Determination of the content of diclazuril pre-coagulant applied by HPLC methodology is a simple and convenient methodology with high sensitivity and accuracy.
