对无法预测的事件，如停电、暴雨等，仍坚持营业。用对顾客派发代金券的方法尽量留住顾客；若遭遇失火、被盗等事件，应立即关门整顿，等恢复正常后开门营业，并用打折促销的方法吸引顾客；若员工临时请假，则花双倍工资请人替代，力求保证正常营业。
学校寒、暑假期间，关门停业，并对店面进行小范围整修。利用空闲时间，多走访几个厂家，挑选更新颖、更奇特的品种进行尝试。

As for the unpredictable events, such as power cut, rainstorms, etc, we shall still do our business, and try to keep our customers by distributing shopping coupons; if there's fire or burglary, we shall close the store temporarily and reopen after everything comes back to normal, and we'll use discount to attract our customers; if our employees ask for sudden leave, we shall hire other people with double payment to ensure a normal business.
During the summer and winter holidays, we will close the store and do some internal remodeling. We shall also make full use of these periods to visit more manufacturers, and choose and try more novel and special products.
