【英文摘要】 Aristotle was the greatest philosopher, thinker, statesman . He also ever expounded the legal thought which mainly embodied in the relations among laws and justice and freedom and the relation between ruling by law and ruling by person . Aristotle's thought of law and ruling by law is taking a very important role in the political and legal history of eastern and western thought.
