浅析线性规划在企业生产
计划中的应用

摘要： 线性规划是运筹学的一个重要分支，线性规划的理论和方法主要在两类问题中得到应用，一是在人力物力资金等资源一定的条件下，如何使用它们来完成最多的任务；二是给定一项任务，如何合理安排和规划，能以最少的人力物力等资源来完成该项任务。在企业生产过程中，生产计划安排直接影响到企业的经济效益，而解决生产计划问题的有效方法之一就是建立线性规划模型，本文通过举例子建立模型来说明线性规划在企业生产中如何应用，使得寻求的目标是使企业利润最大化的生产计划决策。

Analysis on the application of linear programming in the production plan of the enterprise

Abstract:
The linear programming is an important branch of Operations Research.The theory and method of linear programming applys primarily in two sorts of questions.First,as the manpower,resources,capital and so on are fixed,how to use them to finish the maximum assignments;Second,if the assignment is fixed,how to arrange and plan reasonably to finish the assignment with the least manpower,resources,capital and so on.During the production process,the plan and arrangement of the production directly influence the ecnomic effectiveness of the enterprise,and it is one of the most effctive means that to establish linear programming model.The article illustrated how the linear programming is applied in the production of the enterprise by exemplification, so as to seek the target that the decision of the production plan become Profit maximization.
